 Rental Management Services
Owners will receive complete cash flow information on your property each month with your rent proceeds check. All income will be shown, as well as all itemized expenses. You will also receive a 1099 at the end of the year with itemized income and expenses for the year.
Deborah is very knowledegable regarding rental investments and can offer advice and help you evaluate potential rental investments. A Step Above will work with you on a management plan that suits your needs.
We can take care of all maintenance issues on the property. We have local, independent contractors that we have worked with for years who do a great job and charge reasonable rates. We do not mark-up on expenses.
Tenants will be screened before approving them for any of our rentals. The cost of this screening is paid by the tenant upon completing our application.
Tenants sign a Residential Lease which we will go over in detail with them upon signing. The tenants will communicate directly with A Step Above and you will not have any communication with the tenant.
