Each adult (18 years and older) must complete an application. All information requested is mandatory to complete the background check. All information is encryted and secure. Our agency does not sell or otherwise release any information to any business or person other than the organization that provides the background investigation.
There is a $35 non-refundable fee per applicant that must be paid prior to processing the application. The fee must be paid with guaranteed funds (cash, money order, or cashier's check). After transmitting your application, please contact our office at 970-263-5438 to make arrangements to pay the application fee. Applications are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis at the time the application fee is paid.
If there will be more than one adult living at the property, please have each adult complete the application to the left of this page. In the "End Comments" box, please note the names of all applicants.
Results are typically received within 48 hours.
